These terms govern your use of Nute (the "App"), provided by Tild Srls ("we", "us"). By installing or using Nute you agree to the terms below. If you do not agree, do not use the App.
We grant you a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to use Nute on Apple devices you own or control, in accordance with the Apple Media Services Terms and these Terms.
Nute is offered with a free trial period. After the trial, you may unlock the App with a one-time in-app purchase ("Nute Lifetime"). The purchase grants permanent access to the App's current features on the Apple platforms tied to your Apple ID, subject to Apple's terms.
All refunds are handled by Apple under Apple's standard policy. Request a refund at reportaproblem.apple.com.
Notes you create in Nute belong to you. We do not access, read, or store your notes on our servers. If you enable iCloud Sync, your notes are stored in your private iCloud container managed by Apple. You are responsible for keeping appropriate backups.
You agree not to reverse-engineer the App, circumvent its purchase mechanism, redistribute the App outside the App Store, or use it for any unlawful purpose.
Nute's calculation results are provided "as is". While we work to make the calculation engine accurate, you should independently verify any result you rely on for financial, legal, medical, or other consequential decisions. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability arising out of or relating to the App is limited to the amount you paid for the App in the twelve months preceding the claim.
The App relies on services from Apple, RevenueCat, and a public currency exchange-rate API. Their availability is outside our control. See the Privacy Policy for details on what each service receives.
You can stop using Nute at any time by deleting the App. We may terminate this license if you materially breach these Terms, in which case you must stop using the App.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Italy, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. The Apple Media Services Terms apply to your purchase and may grant you additional consumer rights under your local law.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be announced in the App. Continued use after a change constitutes acceptance.
